I did not know Mark well, but I recall him as a gentle soul. We shared an experience in junior high school that is still almost too painful to remember. May he rest in peace in that brighter light on that other shore.

I did know Mark well, and I'm deeply saddened to hear of his death. Does anyone know anymore about his life after Whitman? I remember seeing him once or twice during college days, on visits home over the holidays, but lost touch with him after that. A really good guy.

Definitely a good guy. What a shame to have lost Mark.

I didn't know Mark all that well, but I do remember him as a kind person, a gentle soul. I, too, am saddened to hear of his death.

I'm somewhat ashamed to confess that I didn't know Mark very well, because I'm pretty sure that we went all the way through school together, from Kindergarten at Wood Acres Elementary, to Western Junior High and on to Whitman. As we moved on from elementary school to larger schools, I guess we just moved in different circles, as did many other earlier classmates.

My memories of Mark are kind ones, however, and my thoughts and prayers are for Mark's loved ones. God bless.

I also am deeply saddened that Mark has passed. The last time I heard from him he was living in Palo Alto (He may have gone to Stanford?) and he was having the time of his life. He was always a kind friend.

I knew Mark @ Wood Acres (5th& 6th grade) & later he was in Beveridge's Latin class & sat next to me in the same row as Brinkmeyer& Richard Egan . I think I remember him going or getting accepted to Dartmouth. He was very bright. He lived in Mohican Hills.
