Lynne Vogel writes, In my PIPL search, I saw that there was a something for a Kenneth Elwyn born on August 2, 1951. If this is our Kenny, then when I went to the Social Security Death Index - it showed that he passed away on April 3, 2002. His social security card was issued in Maryland.
