Mr. Virden a fabulous Engish teacher who helped me realize my love of learning and literature. And who absolutely said it was okay to read more than one book at once.

Ms. Heckart who opened my eyes to the many injustices in the world.

What was my BEST moment at Whitman:

Experimental Education Week, The Wilson Picket Concert, and going to the State Championship in basketball....go Vikings!

Not finding the courage to ask someone to prom which in retrospect wasn't important AT ALL!

I guess Phantom of the Opera and Wicked which I finally saw this year.

Lila Jean's neck...she is our delicious baby grandaughter

Seeing Hawaii, Paris....especially the Louvre and dancing at my grandchildren's weddings.

Al Gore, Kate DiCamillo, and I watched Martina McBride buy a six pack of Amstel Light at our local Krogers and didn't even know it.

How do I relax?

Sitting on my screened in porch w/ my hubby.

Watching my grandaughters do ANYTHING!
